MARMOX Board PRO - HD – compression proof are made to resist heavy loads without any compression and to insulate at the same time. A number of columns, made of a special matrix of polymer concrete with low heat conductivity and uniformly distributed by the thickness of the board, resists the calculated load without any compression.
The number and dimension oft he columns are a matter of calculation in accordance to the specific requirements. The diamaeter of the columns is usually about 10 - 30 mm and the distance between the columns is about 25 - 100 mm.
The resulting compressive strength without deflection are about 400 kN/m² - 2.400 kN/m².
DThe topping of MARMOX Board PRO - HD – compression proof is comparable with MARMOX Board Pro, a mineral coating, based on special cement mortar with alkali-resistant glass fibre reinforcing.

The heat conductivity of MARMOX Board PRO - HD depends from the required com-pressive strength. The mentioned values are exemplary.
